Once approved by Administration, you will have access to eJuror again. Please allow 24-48 hours for Jury Administration to review your proposed change. The system locks you out when you change your name/address. Why did the system lock me out after I changed my name or address? The system only allows 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire/summons, and if it goes beyond that time, you will have to start again. You must completely log out of e Juror, give it a few minutes, and try again. The system is designed to allow 3 logins, but after failure to gain access on the third attempt, the system will lock you out. Prior to submitting your completed questionnaire/summons, you can print the information if you would like a copy for your records. If you have completed and submitted your form through eJuror, please do not send the paper form back to the Court. If I complete my questionnaire or summons online, do I submit the paper form to the court? You will need the nine digit participant number above your name on the questionnaire, the first three letters of your last name and your birth date to login to the system and complete the form. What information do I need to complete my questionnaire or summons online? If you are unable to complete online due to these system limitations, please complete the paper form and submit it to the Court within 10 days of receipt of the questionnaire or 5 days of receipt of the summons.

Any prospective juror who receives a questionnaire or summons can complete their questionnaire or summons online, unless the recipient’s last name is less than 3 letters or the recipient is under the age of 18.
